Map #3 (lab1) Nez Perce lands.

The original map, and the revised map, both show the massive change over time with respect to ownership/ stewardship of Nez Perce tribal land. The area they currently own is only a fraction of the aboriginal homeland.
New/adjusted map:
Changes: Since my original map was generally broken, I ended up rebuilding most of the layers and elements. But, here is a list of some of the main differences: New/better title, overall scale change, a proper inset with scale bar, correctly applied state boundary lines, a new legend with more descriptive representation of features, improved labels for towns and rivers, and adjusted the scale bar.
I think it looks pretty good now (except maybe the map is zoomed in a bit too far, which doesn’t leave much white space between the map itself and things like the scale bar).
