Idaho Precipitation 2

This is a map of precipitation in Idaho. The range of values across the state is certainly significant, generally from around ten to forty inches per year. In creating this map, I applied a Kriging function to a data layer of point station values. That process resulted in interpolated values and distributed data over continuous space (within the bounds of Idaho). For the root mean square error, the lowest value I was able to achieve was with Exponential and 10 neighbour points: 3.526
