This map indicates areas with a very young population, possibly an area with a University / College; a high percentage of the population is 18-21 years old.
New/adjusted map:
Changes: Adjust title, move and scale change of north arrow, cleaned up the scale bar, made the legend bigger and removed the percentage, and centered the map. Also, changed from 6 classes to 5, used geometric (with minor manual adjustment to have whole number values), changed color ramp.
